Connect technical controls to the requirements your team manages
Accountability & Traceability
We begin with the requirements, contracts, and frameworks your organization already manages. Then we map the AI workflow's controls, owners, and operating records to those requirements.
Logging and traceability focus on the events your teams need to review: data access, model and tool use, approvals, changes, actions, and outcomes.
Operational Controls
Before production, we assign responsibilities for change management, access reviews, incidents, approvals, and escalation so the system has a clear operating owner.
Enterprise & Regulatory Alignment
Your legal, security, compliance, and control owners identify the requirements that apply. We give them a clear view of the architecture, controls, responsibilities, and records so they can complete their review.
Know What Has Been Reviewed
See exactly what was reviewed, by whom, and when. We label product features, supporting controls, and formal certifications separately so your team can evaluate them quickly.
How the Mapping Works
- Your risk, security, compliance, and domain owners identify and approve the requirements that apply. They depend on the use case, data, users, industry, and jurisdiction.
- We translate the approved requirements into system controls and operating responsibilities.
- Each control gets a named owner, an operating procedure, and test criteria.
- We test the controls and collect the evidence each requirement calls for.
- Monitoring, incident, escalation, and change processes keep the mapping current after launch.
Controls We Map
- Data handling, retention, and privacy rules
- Role-based permissions and separation of duties
- Trace records for system actions and changes
- Human review or approval for consequential actions
- Suspension, rollback, or containment for systems that can take consequential actions
- Control tests and evidence requirements
Frameworks Teams Bring to Us
We map agent controls and evidence to the requirements that apply to your system, such as SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, or industry standards. For federal workloads, control mapping can include applicable FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST SP 800-53 requirements as inputs to the agency's authorization process.
We also track AI-specific rules and standards, including the EU AI Act, US federal and state AI guidance, ISO/IEC 42001, and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, so governance processes can adapt as obligations change.
A control map supports your review. It is not a certification, an audit opinion, or an authorization. Those decisions stay with your auditors, assessors, and authorizing officials.
What Your Reviewers Receive
Depending on scope, the work can produce:
- A decision-rights and accountability model
- A use-case risk assessment and risk register
- A requirements-to-controls map with test criteria
- Architecture documentation, test results, and operating records
- A monitoring, incident, escalation, and change process
Your control owners can then review coverage, operation, retention, and gaps in their normal approval process.
