Why we were there
Tactical Edge attended AWS re:Invent 2025 to meet with AWS teams and customers and review AWS announcements relevant to enterprise cloud and AI programs. As an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner, we work within the AWS Partner Network to help customers evaluate and implement AWS services.
Our discussions covered agentic AI, foundation model services, security, governance, operations, and cost management.
Topics we discussed
- Production-ready AI architecture
- Agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration
- AWS Bedrock and foundation model integration
- Governance, security, and compliance for AI workloads
- Cost optimization for AI at scale
- Enterprise data pipelines and RAG patterns
What we focused on
Our conversations centered on the work required to move an AI prototype toward production, including workload requirements, data access, evaluation, identity and permissions, observability, and cost controls.
We also discussed how AWS services and partner delivery can support that work, with architecture, testing, and controls tailored to each organization's environment.
Why it matters
AWS announced capabilities across AI, compute, data, migration and modernization, management, and security. Customers evaluating those capabilities still need to confirm service availability, architecture fit, cost, and operational requirements for their workloads.
Tactical Edge helps customers make those decisions with AWS teams and then plan the implementation, validation, and operating model needed for the selected services.
